I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge (on behalf of my ward) that the participant has voluntarily chosen to participate in this adventure activity or activities mentioned in this waiver form, operated by Wild Adventures. I also understand that the operator reserves the right to accept or deny permission to any person.

The participant will obey all of the written and spoken rules established specifically for this adventure activity. I acknowledge that the participant has received all safety information regarding the safety standards, practices, and norms. The participant has understood, and I am satisfied with the same.

I understand and acknowledge that these are outdoor activities with inherent risk danger and hazards that could result in property damage and personal injury. I agree to accept all risks whether present or future, known or unknown, arising from or as a result of the participant’s participation in these activities.

I confirm and represent that the participant is medically fit to participate in this adventure activity. The participant has not undergone any major illness/ surgery in the recent past, which prohibits them from participating in this activity. I have provided all relevant details in this form, which are complete and true to my knowledge.

I SHALL HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE ORGANISERS and its Owners, Administrators, Employees, and individuals assisting in adventure activities in case of being held for any liability and all claims of damages, demands and actions What so ever in any manner resulting from the participant’s participation in this adventure activity.

I voluntarily release discharge and will not hold the organisers or its owners, Administrators, Employees, and individuals assisting in adventure activities responsible for any untoward incidents or mishaps, etc.,
As a parent/ guardian of my minor, I hereby undertake and execute this undertaking.

All issues/ disputes raised shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
